Summerpark Homes has launched a monthly "Realtor of the Month" designation to recognize Realtor's that we feel go above and beyond for their clients and are a pleasure to work with in selling a Summerpark Homes new construction home. We have had the pleasure in working with Anne and her home buyer in purchasing their dream new construction home in Deland, FL - Daytona Park Estates.
MEET ANNE OF CHARLES RUTENBERG REALTY:
Anne Johnston is originally from the Boston area, where she lived for 25 years before escaping the cold and moving to Florida in 2012. She now lives in Deland, FL with her fiance and her chihuahua named Brady (clearly for the Patriots QB, Tom Brady! HA) Before starting in real estate Anne's career and education were based in laboratory medicine where she managed labs in the fields of infertility and genetics.
PASSION:
Anne's love for real estate started back in 2016 when she officially became a Realtor®. When we asked Anne what got her passion for starting a real estate career, her response was easy: "As a single woman buying and selling my own homes in New England, I relied heavily on my real estate agent. Her skills and resources made such a difference in my experiences navigating real estate transactions. Now I want to give back – to be that trusted source of compassion, knowledge, and guidance for my customers. I approach each opportunity to help my customers buy or sell their home with a servant’s heart." Anne specifically loves to help new first time home buyers and staging home for her clients. She is currently working for Charles Rutenberg Realty and has an office in the Wells Fargo building in downtown Deland. She and her business partner lead "The A Team", and they have 4 other real estate agents plus an administrative assistant on the team. They primarily focus on being the neighborhood experts for DeLand, Deltona, Debary, and Orange City but happily help customers anywhere in Central Florida.
